Carrie Neal, RN, BSN, CCRN-CMC is one of this year's Great 100 Nurses in North Carolina. Ms. Neal is the clinical coordinator for UNC's heart failure program. This award recognizes outstanding registered nurses Statewide and has been given out annually since 1989.
