Carolyn Middleton

Dr. Middleton joined the Corporate Nursing Team at Aneurin Bevan University Health Bard to lead on the revalidation pilot project. The Health Board was one of the 19 NMC pilot partners and made up >38% of the total of the pilot with 813 registrants who completed all process. Following the success of the pilot the learning has been disseminated widely through journal articles, conference presentations and posters.

Lyn has also been an active member of the working party implementing the Advanced Practice Framework within the HB and has co-authored a poster on the implementation of the framework, accepted for the 43rd International Biennial Sigma Theta Tau conference to be held in the USA in November 2015.
