Carolyn Gullery

Carolyn Gullery currently works for the Canterbury DHB as General Manager of Planning, Funding and Decision Support. She advises health systems in UK and Australia on system integration, funding models, alliancing and the use of data to drive change in health care delivery. Her focus has always been to develop new models that support an integrated health system response, organized around the needs of the person and the population, in a way that ultimately reduces demand on the whole system.

She has almost 30 years of experience in public sector and private health sector roles that includes working as Chief Executive of New Zealand’s largest primary health organization.
