Dr. Carolyn Daitch, an internationally renowned psychologist, trainer, author, and presenter, teaches individuals and groups to recognize and manage stress and anxiety. Dr. Daitch, who has 35 years of thriving clinical experience, is the director of the Center for the Treatment of Anxiety Disorders in Farmington Hills, Michigan. Her proven approach has also helped countless clients learn how to successfully navigate the inevitable challenges of their lives.

She offers a set of practical and effective tools that empower people to manage a variety of emotional triggers in their lives. With the right tools, individuals can stay calm in stressful situations. With the right tools, those who are easily triggered can learn to tone down and manage their emotional responses. She is frequently invited to speak about anxiety and affect regulation at international conferences and as a keynote speaker at these conferences. Her work has earned her numerous awards from professional organizations.

Carolyn is often interviewed by other colleagues, the press, and has appeared on radio and television. Dr. Daitch is a certified and approved consultant and an elected fellow with the American Society of Clinical Hypnosis. Carolyn is also a certified Imago Relationship therapist. She was further honored as an elected fellow of The Michigan Psychological Association. Carolyn is a consultant with the University of Michigan School of Medicine’s Department of Complementary and Alternative Research. She received her Ph.D. from The University of Michigan.
