Caroline J. Davidge-pitts MB BCh

Dr. Caroline Davidge-Pitts graduated from the University of the Witwatersrand Medical School, Johannesburg, South Africa in 2004. She completed her internship at the Bloemfontein Hospital complex and her Community Service year as a medical officer for the South African Army. Between 2007 and 2008, she worked as a medical officer in Cardiology and General Medicine in Perth, Australia, and completed five months of volunteer work in palliative care at Hospice South Africa. In 2008, she moved to the United States and completed her Internal Medicine residency in 2011 at Mayo Clinic Florida. During her residency, she was the recipient of the Community Service Award and the Antonelli Award for the most outstanding senior resident. She is an Endocrinology fellow of the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. She is a member of the Endocrine Society trainee and career development core committee, as well as the Endocrine Society trainee representative for the Ambassador Exchange.
