Carol Krugman MEd, CMP, CMM

Carol Krugman has been involved with healthcare/pharmaceutical meetings since 1980, when she began her industry career as a public relations and then marketing manager in the international division of Merck Sharp & Dohme. Leaving Merck in 1984, she spent the next 15 years in senior management positions at medical education companies and the next 16 years as CEO of her own international meeting planning company, Krugman Group International, Inc. She joined the faculty of Metropolitan State University of Denver in 2009, where she currently teaches undergraduate courses in meeting planning and management in the Department of Hospitality, Tourism and Events.
