Carol C. Moore

Carol joined the Picker Institute as Improvement Manager in 2012, providing NHS managers and frontline staff with expert advisory services alongside practical support on improving patient and staff experience. Carol has managed many large-scale research projects with NHS staff, patients and members of the public for trusts, commissioners and regulatory bodies.

Her prior experience includes policy and research roles in both the public and private sector, specialising in international development, natural resources and the children’s rehabilitation sector.

Carol completed her MA in Global Political Economy at the University of Sussex in 2008.
