Carol A. Collins CMP-HC

Carol A. Collins, CMP-HC has held positions of increasing responsibility, and is currently the Strategic Sourcing Category Manager for Meetings & Events, a role which she has held in the procurement area for over 7 years. Carol initiated, implemented and now manages a mature Strategic Meetings Management Program (SMMP) at MedImmune. She is a subject matter expert in meeting sourcing and planning. She works cross-functionally to build and maintain business partnerships across the entire organization, with particular emphasis on Commercial, R&D and Clinical business units, to further organizational strategic objectives related to meetings & conventions.
