Carlos S. Restrepo MD

Dr. Restrepo is a professor of Radiology and Vice-Chair of Education, and Director of Cardio-Thoracic Radiology at The University of Texas Health, San Antonio. He is the program director of the Cardiothoracic Radiology Fellowship. He is Board Certified in Diagnostic Radiology (American Board of Radiology) and Diplomate of the Certification Board in Cardiovascular CT (CBCCT). He has written more than 200 journal publications, and 20 book chapters and is an author/co-author of several books on Thoracic Radiology, Cardiac Imaging, and High-Resolution Chest CT. He completed his Doctor of Medicine at the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana Medical School.
