Carlos Orellana

Carlos Orellana, M.D., is an orthopaedic surgeon at Shriners Hospital for Children — Mexico City. He earned a medical degree from Universidad La Salle. Dr. Orellana completed his residency in orthopaedic surgery at Shriners Hospital for Children in Mexico City and a Fellowship in pediatric orthopaedics at DuPont Hospital in Wilmington, Delaware. He specializes in spine surgery. Areas of special interest to Dr. Orellana include bone lengthening, lower limb deformity correction with Ilizarov technique. Dr. Orellana is member of the Pediatric Orthopaedics Mexican Society (SMOP) and the Mexican Board of Orthopaedics.
