Carlos Chiattone MD, MSc, PhD

Dr. Carlos Chiattone is a Full Professor in the Department of Hematology and Oncology at the Santa Casa Medical School. He is an Associate Editor of the Brazilian Journal of Hematology and Hemotherapy and a member of the editorial board of many other periodicals. He has experience in organizing scientific events and has brought to Brazil important international events, such as the Highlights of ASH in Latin America, the first time out of the US. He was the president of the Brazilian Society of Hematology and Hemotherapy from 2004 to 2009 and a member of the Steering Committee. He has been the President and Director of International Relations of the Brazilian Association of Hematology and Hemotherapy too.
