Carl Emerson is an Owner of the InsideOutSolutions Switzerland. Carl Emerson. Carl Emerson is passionate about releasing solutions and helping individuals and teams thrive. In his role at IMPACT Group, he works closely with families who are relocating across the globe, providing job search and integration expertise to ensure smooth transitions.

Prior to his work at IMPACT Group, Carl served as a Managing Director at InsideOut Solutions and Business Development Manager at Atria Group International. He believes for solutions to be truly effective and long-lasting, the challenge needs to be understood. Carl has an adept ability to see beyond the symptoms and identify the underlying issue. Through facilitating group work, training, and coaching, he extracts what is present and provides clients the additional resources to realize and achieve their solutions.

Along with his professional experience, he holds an MBA from Vlerick Leuven-Gent Management School and a BSc in Pharmacology & Chemistry from the University of Sheffield. He is also designated as an Associate Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation. In his free time, Carl loves yoga, hiking, and swimming in the Rhein, along with managing his side business specializing in portrait photography.
