Cara Beth Lee, MD, is a board-certified Orthopedic Surgeon with over 20 years of practice experience in the Seattle area. She has subspecialty expertise in hip preservation surgery, focusing on patients with pre-arthritic hip disorders. Dr. Lee served as an instructor in the Naturopathic Medicine program at Bastyr University. She facilitated the clinical fellowship in hip preservation surgery at the Hansjörg Wyss Hip and Pelvis Center until 2022. She is certified in Medical Acupuncture (program to be completed in June 2022) and is currently an Assistant Medical Director in the Medical Affairs department at Comagine Health.
Dr. Lee obtained her undergraduate and medical degrees from Indiana University. She completed her Orthopedic Surgery residency at the University of Washington and fellowship training in the Harvard/Boston Children's Hip Preservation Program. Recently, she has pursued certification in Medical Acupuncture through the Acumed Integrated Structural Acupuncture Program (to be completed in June 2022).
