CAPT Ted Hall is a US Public Health Service Officer assigned to the Indian Health Service (IHS) Agency as an Advanced Practice Pharmacist (APP) non-physician medical provider with a scope of practice in psychiatric and substance use disorders. He has served the Ho-Chunk Nation since 2002 first as a staff pharmacist and then was promoted to Pharmacy Director from 2009 to 2019 then transitioned to an APP position.

His main practice is in addiction medicine providing medically-assisted treatment for individuals suffering from drug and alcohol addiction. He has served on many local, county, state, and federal committees for addiction, including the Office of the White House/Office of National Drug Control Policy National Heroin Taskforce as the IHS Principle Lead. When not at work, he enjoys reading, hiking, kayaking, being very active in Freemasonry serving the community, and attending 8-day silent Zen retreats as an ordained Rinzai Zen Priest.
