Dr. Guo joined Amgen as a Scientist in Cell Line Development in May 2016. Prior to joining CLD, she was a postdoc fellow in the division of Biology and Biological Engineering at Caltech from 2010 to 2016, mainly working on expression, purification and functional analysis of cell cycle proteins in mammalian cells. Dr. Guo received her PhD at City of Hope Graduate School of Biological Sciences in 2009.
