Byron passion is focused on finding new therapies for human diseases. He is an experienced drug hunting biochemist with a track record of delivering effective molecules to the clinic across multiple indications. He take a molecular system level view of human disease and seek deep understanding in order to facilitate drug discovery and development. He have a broad base of experience which enables him to guide scientific teams in the use of technology appropriate for success. He is a well versed in blending the work of in-house groups with contract research organizations around the world to make the difficult achievable in a timely and cost effective manner.
