Burcu Ozturk

Burcu Öztürk graduated from Orta Doğu Technical University Department of Political Science and Public Administration and joined PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) as an independent auditor in 2004. Until 2007, Ms. Öztürk conducted independent audits of leading Turkish companies. In May 2007, Ms. Öztürk started working at PwC's M&A Advisory department. Later, Ms. Öztürk was appointed as a Director to New York Office of PwC in September 2010 and served as an advisor at M&A projects for two years. Ms. Öztürk served as the Director of M&A Department in PwC's Istanbul Office between 2013 and 2014 and conducted special financial investigation studies for multinational corporations.

Ms. Öztürk serves as the CFO of MLP Care since 2014. MLP Care is the largest Turkish private healthcare group, with 31 Hospitals and more than 5,900 beds, located in 17 Turkish cities. MLP Care employs more than 18,000 staff, including more than 2,000 doctors in 31 hospitals. Between the years of 2014-2018, Burcu Öztürk was the project leader in the opening financing of the 10 hospitals and in the refinancing of the Group debts.

In February 2018, Ms. Öztürk has played an active role in the successful execution of the Initial Public Offering process of MLP Saglik Hizmetleri A.Ş.’s 35% shares. In 2018, Burcu Öztürk has entered the list of "Turkey's most powerful 50 CFO” prepared by Fortune magazine and Dataexpert Human Resources firm. Ms. Öztürk has been a member of Women’s Entrepreneurs Association of Turkey, KAGIDER, since 2016 and is an active member of the Training and Mentorship Strategy Group.
