Mr. Budi Raharjo Legowo graduated with a Master of Business Administration (MBA - honors) from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business in 2015 and a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering (cum laude) from the Bandung Institute of Technology in 1997. He currently also serves as Chief Financial Officer at PT Pertamina Bina Medika IHC since 2021 and Partner/Co-Founder at PT Penta Investama Kapital since 2020. 

Prior to serving as President Commissioner of PT Gunung Raja Paksi Tbk (the “Company”), he served as Chief Financial Officer of the Company in 2020-2021; Deputy CEO at Sorac Capital Partners, 2019; Managing Director, Finance & Accounting Group at Siloam Hospitals Group, 2016-2019; Pelita Harapan Education Foundation in 2005-2016 as Vice President for Marketing, Relationship and Development UPH (2014-2016), Deputy President of UPH (2013-2014), Executive Director of Pelita Harapan Foundation (2010-2014), Director of Administration Pelita School Hope (2005-2009); SKHA Consulting, 2003-2005, Senior Consultant (Team Leader); Head of Supply & Facilities at Schering AG, 2003; Engineering Manager/Consultant at FAS Engineering Thailand 2000-2002 and Process Engineering Manager at Procter & Gamble, 1998-2000, 

Budi Raharjo Legowo serves as the Company's President Commissioner based on the Decision Statement of the Company's Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on 17 June 2022.
