Bryan Jones

Bryan Jones, Paramedic, is the Commander of Logistics Operations for the Nashville Fire Department. He is tasked with procuring and maintaining all supply, equipment, and apparatus, EMS and Fire, for the department. This includes completing specifications and securing contracts for all apparatus, equipment, supplies, and services required to provide fire and emergency medical services to the city of Nashville. The division has partnered with industry leaders to develop the ambulance, fire apparatus, and emergency services equipment of tomorrow. Bryan has 43 years in EMS, 36 as a Paramedic and is a 37 year veteran of the Nashville Fire Department. He began his career in EMS in 1975 working for a private ambulance service who's fleet consisted of “Hightop Cadillacs” and has witnessed the evolution of EMS from its beginning. In 2011, he was assigned to the Department's Logistics Division.
