Bryan Hildreth

Bryan Hildreth is an accomplished Human Resources executive with leadership experience in operations and service excellence. Bryan has a proven ability to build new functions and establish well-organized, productive business units.

He has extensive experience designing, leading, and implementing strategies in organizational design, change management, process improvement, coaching/consulting, employee engagement, leadership/staff development, performance management, compensation and benefits, payroll, and talent acquisition. Bryan currently serves as the VP of Human Resources for Mortenson Family Dental. Prior to joining Mortenson, he leads Human Resources and Service Excellence functions over a 25-year career in healthcare, most recently at Norton Healthcare.
