Bryan Coburn is a clinician-scientist in the division of Infectious Diseases at the University Health Network, a scientist in Advanced Diagnostics at the Toronto General Research Institute, and an Assistant Professor in the Department of Medicine at the University of Toronto.
Bryan Coburn's laboratory interests include the role of the human microbiome in infectious disease pathogenesis, its potential as a clinical biomarker in infectious and non-infectious diseases, and the interactions of the human microbiome, host, and antibiotics during treatment for infection.
