Bruce Budowle is an Executive Director of the Institute of Investigative Genetics, Vice Chair and Professor in the Department of Forensic and Investigative Genetics, University of North Texas Health Science Center at Fort Worth Texas. Prior to these appointments he was employed for 26 years at the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s Laboratory Division where he was involved in the research, development, and validation of numerous DNA methods. He ended my tenure at the FBI in 2009 as the Senior Scientist in the Laboratory Division. He have extensive experience in all aspects of forensic DNA analyses including analyses of low level samples, mixture analyses, population genetics, statistical interpretations, and numerous genetic marker systems
