Bruce A. Porter MD, FACR

Bruce A. Porter, MD, FACR, is the Co-Medical Director of Swedish/First Hill Diagnostic Imaging and has been an active member of the Seattle medical community since 1984.

Dr. Porter is a native of Grand Forks, ND and received a B.S. in medicine from the University of North Dakota in 1972. Dr. Porter completed his MD at the University of California-Davis in 1974. After internship in Hawaii, his residency training began in Nuclear Medicine at Stanford University and subsequently finished in Diagnostic Radiology at UC Davis. In 1981, he completed a fellowship in abdominal imaging, angiography, and interventional radiology at the University of Lund, Sweden.

Dr. Porter is a clinical associate professor at the University of Washington, an affiliate investigator at the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center, and is a fellow of the American College of Radiology (FACR).
