Brooke Lounsbury RN

Brooke Lounsbury, a Registered Nurse, has over 26 years as a nurse. Her primary field was in Home Health and Hospice until she left the mainstream medical field in 2008 and started teaching classes devoted to helping people empower themselves through education, public speaking engagements, classes, and coaching -online and in person. Topics include digestive health, fermentation, sleep hygiene, and most recently the effects of technology, namely electromagnetic fields on health. Brooke's interest in holistic healing led her to some conclusions. She began to realize that quality sleep is imperative to achieving optimal health and that our technology, namely wifi and radiofrequency was interfering with quality sleep. Since then she has completed training through a company called Geovital. Geovital is a naturopathic clinic based out of Austria with over 35 years of successful healing through EMF mitigation and focuses especially on creating a sanctuary in the bedroom- where healing takes place during sleep.
