Brijesh Tiwari obtained his MS (Food Technology) degree from CFTRI, India. Prior to joining UCD academic & research staff, he worked in the Soymilk processing industry (2003 – 2004) and as a Research Scientist (2004 – 2006) in The Indian Institute of Crop Processing Technology. He has research experience in grain processing technology, food by-product utilisation and mathematical modelling of food processes. His current research area is novel food processing and preservation technologies.
