Brian Shelley MD

Dr. Shelley is Professor of Family and Community Medicine and Research Assistant Professor in Psychology. Dr. Shelley attended medical school at the University of North Carolina. He completed a residency in Family and Community Medicine at UNM and is board-certified in family medicine. He currently serves as an Attending Physician at the UNM Pain Consultation and Treatment Center. He is an Advanced Diplomate of the American Academy of Pain Management and co-created this credential. Outside of UNM, Dr. Shelley is the Director of Albuquerque Independent Medical Services LLC and is currently certified by the American Board of Independent Medical Examiners.
