DR. Brian O'Connell MICGP, FACEM, CCPU was an Emergency Physician, at Grafton Base Hospital and also a Member of ACEM Ultrasound Subcommittee. He Co-founded the EMUGs Network in 2015 after seeing the potential for POCUS in ED’s and recognizing the chasm between offsite courses and onsite clinical practice. He was A keen advocate for standardizing and coordinating POCUS resources and training.
