Dr. Keuski is a graduate of the University of Delaware, (B.A. 2003) and Jefferson Medical College, (M.D. 2007). He completed a transitional internship at the Naval Medical Center Portsmouth in 2008. Next, he completed diving medical officer training at the Naval Undersea Medical Institute (Groton, Connecticut) and Naval Diving and Salvage Training Center (Panama City, Florida) June 2009. Dr. Keuski was then stationed at the Navy Experimental Diving Unit from 2009 until 2012, where he worked on swimming induced pulmonary edema, oxygen control in closed circuit rebreathers, and was the Institutional Review Board chairman.
He completed an emergency medicine residency at Naval Medical Center Portsmouth in 2015 and then deployed with the 22D Marine Expeditionary Unit out of Camp Lejeune, North Carolina. He completed his Joint Professional Military Education Phase 1 with the Naval War College. Dr. Keuski is currently attending the fellowship in hyperbaric medicine at Duke University. He is a reviewer for Annals of Emergency Medicine and an assistant professor at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences. Dr. Keuski is a qualified diving medical officer, submarine medical officer, fleet marine force warfare officer, and saturation diving medical officer.
