Brian Keith Kuhlman OD

Brian K. Kuhlman, O.D. sees patients at both his private practice in Montgomery and the Cincinnati Eye Institute. At his private practice he focuses on comprehensive eyecare, specialty contact lens fittings and ocular disease management. He is on staff of the glaucoma service at Cincinnati Eye Institute where he manages pre and post operative glaucoma patients as well as providing medical therapy

He received his Doctoral Degree from the Ohio State University, where he also worked on his undergraduate education. During his training, Dr. Kuhlman completed his Externship at the Veterans Administration Medical Center in Dayton, Ohio. Upon graduation, he completed a 13 month post-Doctoral Residency at CEI, focusing on the management of ocular disease.

Dr. Kuhlman is certified by the International Board of Optometric Examiners in the treatment and management of ocular disease. He has served as a Professor of Clinical Optometry at the Ohio State University College of Optometry and is an active member of the American Optometric Association and Cincinnati Optometric Association, where he currently serves as zone 8 Treasurer. He gives lectures to other optometrist to provide continuing education. He is also a speaker for Novartis.
