Brian Carothers

Brian Carothers is Vice President and General Manager of Agilent’s Nucleic Acid Solution Division (NASD). He is responsible for the strategic direction and day-to-day management of over 220 employees at NASD.

Brian joined Agilent in October 2016. Previously, he was Vice President of Global Product Supply and Pharmaceutical Development at The Medicines Company. His prior roles included the site General Manager for multiple global pharmaceutical companies. He has more than 33 years’ experience within the pharmaceutical manufacturing and development arena with a strong focus on site operations, operational excellence and supply chain logistics. Brian holds a bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from North Carolina State University.
