Brett Maclaren MBA

Brett MacLaren is the Vice President of Enterprise Analytics for Sharp HealthCare, an integrated healthcare network located in San Diego, California and the largest private employer in San Diego County. In this role, he works with Sharp’s Senior Executive Team to establish the strategic vision and develop corporate strategy as it relates to the use, analysis, governance, and distribution of data/information across the continuum of care. Brett is also responsible for collaborating with leadership to identify the data and analytic requirements necessary to enable Sharp to meet the goals of its strategic plan, long-term resource capability/capacity planning for data and analytics, and implementing a formal enterprise data management program. Prior to his current role, Brett has worked with Sharp HealthCare in progressive analytic leadership roles for the past 15 years and has worked in the healthcare data/analytics area for over 20 years.
