Brett, is a clinical assistant professor and healthcare consultant specializing in Medical Science Liaison (MSL) training, evidence-based formulary management and economic value assessments. In his consulting role, he assisting companies to understand the strategy, contracting and then optimize revenues within federal markets (DoD, VA Public Health).

Brett has an extensive background in pharmacy benefit management, contract negotiations, sales strategy, and healthcare reform. Brett also has designs economic and budget impact models in support of formulary management decisions for federal, commercial, Medicare Part D and Managed Medicaid payers.

He is currently involved in offering customized training coursed through the University of Wisconsin School of Pharmacy Division of Pharmacy Professional Development. He holds a BS in Pharmacy from the University of Iowa and two Master's degrees from the University of Maryland and the University of Texas at Austin. Brett also completed a general practice pharmacy residency at the Presidio of San Francisco and a Managed Care Fellowship at PCS.
