Brenda Sauer RN, MA, CHAM, FHAM

Ms. Sauer has been on staff at New York Presbyterian Hospital since 1986 when she began her career as a Staff Nurse. Throughout the years she has held several positions in the hospital including Nurse Manager, Nursing Supervisor, and Staffing Coordinator and since 1999 her current position as Director of Patient Access.

Ms. Sauer graduated from the University of Vermont with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and New York University with a Master of Arts in Nursing Administration. In 2002 she received her certification in Healthcare Access Management (CHAM) and in 2014 was appointed as a Fellow in healthcare access management
