Dr. Bravein Amalakuhan attended undergraduate school at the University of Toronto in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. He went to Medical School at St. George's University School of Medicine in Grenada, West Indies. Dr. Amalakuhan completed his residency training in Internal Medicine at PinnacleHealth Hospitals Network in Harrisburg, PA. He did his Fellowship in Cardiovascular Surgical Critical Care at Johns Hopkins University Hospital in Baltimore, MD, and a Fellowship in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine at The University of Texas Health and Science Center at San Antonio, TX. In 2017, Dr. Amalakuhan joined Texas Intensivist, Pulmonary and Sleep, where he continues to focus on pulmonary care, critical care, cardiovascular surgical critical care, and quality improvement. Dr. Amalakuhan is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in Internal Medicine, Pulmonary Disease, and Critical Care Medicine.
