Brantley D. Gaitan MD

Dr. Brantley D. Gaitan is a board-certified anesthesiologist at Mayo Clinic in Phoenix, Arizona, with specialized expertise in cardiothoracic and vascular anesthesia, perioperative medicine, and transesophageal echocardiography. She is recognized for her clinical leadership in the care of patients undergoing complex cardiovascular and transplant procedures, combining advanced anesthetic management with a commitment to patient safety and exceptional surgical outcomes.

Dr. Gaitan earned her Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of South Alabama College of Medicine and completed her internship and residency in Anesthesiology at Jackson Memorial Hospital, University of Miami. She subsequently pursued fellowship training in Cardiothoracic and Vascular Anesthesia at the University of Miami, where she also served as Chief Resident in Anesthesiology.
