Lieutenant Brandon Wooley was hired in September 2007 as a patrol officer. He transferred to the Detectives Division in 2014 and was assigned as a Detective to the City-County Special Investigations Unit (CCSIU)/Eastern Montana High-Intensity Drug Trafficking Area (HIDTA) and FBI's Transnational Organized Crime Task Force. In 2016, he was promoted to Sergeant and appointed as the CCSIU/Eastern Montana HIDTA Drug Task Force Commander. In 2017, he was recognized as Supervisor of the Year. Currently, he is the Administrative Lieutenant for the BPD and a Team Leader on the SWAT Team.
