Brad Richardson

Brad has a national reputation for his ability to develop and project manage services to highly complex health projects, such as Queensland’s Sunshine Coast Hospital. Brad’s core skills include the design and functional operation of hospitals and sustainability in health projects. In his 14 years at Thinc (now Turner & Townsend Thinc) Brad has also developed expertise in the development and management of privately-financed projects and PPPs, including the Darwin City Waterfront. He has a demonstrated record of delivering on time and on budget for the construction phases of projects, particularly in regional areas. Brad is known for adhering to an inclusive consulting and advisory style that ensures a thorough process is followed over the life of a project and he is a skilled manager of complex stakeholder relationships.
