Bobby Agrawal B.Med.Sci, BMBS

Dr Agrawal was appointed as Consultant Cardiac and Thoracic Radiologist at Papworth Hospital May 2008. He is the Clinical lead for Cardiac Magnetic Resonance Imaging, the Clinical lead for radiology information technology and Business Lead for Clinical Radiology.

Dr Agrawal’s main interests include stress imaging for the detection of cardiac ischaemia using both Adenosine and Dobutamine; imaging in congenital heart disease using both cardiac MRI and CT; and cardiomyopathy imaging. Other interests include nuclear cardiology and vascular access procedures. Since his appointment as Consultant the MRI service has grown from ~440 cases/year in 2007-08 to over 1800 cases 2012.
