Bistra leads advocacy strategy for children with congenital heart disease and our global thought leadership strategy with governments and international development institutions. A native of Bulgaria, Bistra has an M.B.A. in nonprofit management from the University of St. Thomas and has studied global health at the Harvard School of Public Health.
