Bianca Belcher BA, MS, MPH, PA-C

Bianca, an alumnus of Northeastern’s PA Program, has been precepting and/or teaching in the program since 2013. In addition to her role as Assistant Clinical Professor at NU, Bianca serves as Director at the Center for Healthcare Leadership and Management, an American Academy of PAs subsidiary dedicated to better PA and NP utilization in the workplace as well as leadership and management training. She brings expertise in practice growth strategy, improving workflow efficiency, and in the development and implementation of education curriculum.
Bianca has spent her clinical career as a hospital-based PA in the department of neurosurgery at Brigham & Women’s Hospital in Boston practicing in the outpatient, inpatient, and operating room arenas. In addition to her clinical work and role at Northeastern, she holds academic positions at Harvard Medical School and Massachusetts General Hospital Institute for Health Professions. Bianca completed her undergraduate studies at Colby College and her MPH at The Dartmouth Institute, Dartmouth College.
