Bhaskar Sinha Presently Managing Environment and Energy at Dubai Natural Gas Co. Ltd. (DUGAS), ENOC. Did Masters of Technology (MTech) from Indian Institute of Technology- Delhi in Energy & Environment Management. Over 22 years of strong research, consultancy, auditing and training experience in areas of Total Quality, Industrial Safety, Health and Environmental Management, Environmental Impact Assessment, Environmental Site Assessments and Due Diligence, development of EMS, QMS, OHSAS in leading industry houses, institutes, oil and gas companies. Nominated by the Board of Directors of the American Biographical Institute Inc. as one of the 500 Leaders of Science for the year 2003. Have worked as a registrar/ Lead Assessor for British Standards Institution (BSI) UK and Underwriters Laboratories (UL) USA. My leadership skills are lauded by the ENOC CEO by conferring CEO’s Excellence Award consecutively in 2011 and 2013. DUGAS also received the best Energy Management Company Award in the ENOC group in 2012 & 2013. Also privileged of leading DUGAS in Energy and Environment Management field since 2007.
