Bharti currently works at Bayer Pharma, leading the Commercial Data Strategy, Governance, Data Operations and Reporting function. Prior to joining Bayer, Bharti worked in the Public Sector Practice at Deloitte Consulting. She has a versatile, cross-functional skillset encompassing Strategy, Sales & Marketing Operations, Data Strategy & Management, Process Reengineering, CRM and Digital Health. In addition Bharti brings a strong Business Development & Account Management track record.
