Dr. Beth Taylor DCN, RD-AP is a Critical Care Nutrition and clinical research - Taylor hopes to combine the two in a new role as a research scientist at Barnes- Jewish Hospital. Taylor remains an active member in ASPEN, SCCM, and the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. Taylor was looking forward to learning the world of research - feel free to send help Beth way - especially any funding ideas. Dr. Beth Taylor's goals are to help grow awareness of the importance of nutrition when caring for our sickest patients, and redefining the role of the advanced practice dietitian.
