Beth Deen PharmD, BCNSP, BCPPS

Deen is the Senior Pediatric Clinical Pharmacy Specialist at Cook Children’s Medical Center. She provides daily pharmacotherapy, pharmacokinetic, and parenteral nutrition consults to the NICU, the Gastroenterology service, and throughout the medical center upon request.
Beth received her B.S. in Pharmacy from The University of Iowa and her Doctor of Pharmacy from The University of Texas. She completed a Pediatric Pharmacotherapy Residency at LeBonheur Children’s Medical Center/The University of Tennessee, Memphis. Beth is Board Certified in Nutrition Support (BCNSP) and Pediatrics (BCPPS) and precepts both students and residents on rotations, including NICU and Nutrition.
