Bernadette Eichelberger PharmD

Bernadette Eichelberger, PharmD, is Program Director for the AMCP Biologics and Biosimilars Collective Intelligence Consortium (BBCIC). Before joining AMCP, she served for 13 years in various clinical and product development positions at Express Scripts (ESI); she has extensive experience with Medicare Part D, Medicaid and Commercial Managed Care programs.Prior to Express Scripts, Dr. Eichelberger worked with Kaiser Permanente Mid-Atlantic for 8 years as Director of Clinical Pharmacy Programs. Later at Kaiser, she managed the implementation of their first clinical management information and encounter coding system, providing physician practice profiling, guidelines monitoring, and patient tracking systems for HEDIS and other quality monitoring programs.

Her first position in the profession was with the American Society of Health-Systems Pharmacists as Assistant Editor of American Journal of Health-System Pharmacy and of Drug Information. She later was an Assistant Professor at Howard University College of Pharmacy, specializing in Ambulatory Care.
