Benoit Hendrickx MD, PhD

Dr Benoit Hendrickx graduated summa cum laude in medicine at the University of Leuven in Belgium in 2004. In Belgium and the UKhe trainedin plastic, reconstructive and aesthetic surgery, a degree he obtained in 2011. He further specialized for two years in reconstructive microsurgery at the Queen Victoria Hospital in East Grinstead, Sussex, UK and in aesthetic surgery at the McIndoe Surgical Centre in Sussex, UK and at the prestigious Melbourne Institute of Plastic Surgery in Melbourne, Australia, where he had the honour to join many world famous plastic surgeons. Meanwhile, he also obtained a PhD in biomedical sciences on the application of human blood derived progenitor cells in wound healing and skin tissue engineering.
