Benjamin Thomson PhD

Dr. Benjamin Robert Thomson, Ph.D. grew up in Connecticut and between Benjamin's undergraduate studies at the University of Toronto Benjamin did summer research in the labs of Drs. Peter Aronson and Lloyd Cantley at Yale University, becoming facinated with basic science and physiology. Benjamin's interest in the vasculature and in vision came during Benjamin's Ph.D. and Benjamin has been fortunate to continue Benjamin's training and research in this area at Northwestern. Benjamin now beginning career as an independent investigator, running a basic research lab with a focus on the endothelial tissues of the eye.
