Benjamin Wright MD

Benjamin Lewis Wright is an Allergist and Clinical Immunologist. In addition to his clinical activities, Dr. Wright is active in research and education, providing mentorship to residents and fellows. He is an Assistant Professor at the Mayo Clinic School of Medicine and is a lecturer for the immunology course. His research focuses on understanding the pathogenesis of eosinophilic esophagitis and enhancing diagnostic and treatment approaches to eosinophil-associated diseases. Dr. Wright provides expert content and publishes in high-impact scientific journals. Dr. Wright also maintains privileges at Phoenix Children's Hospital and serves as a clinical advisor to the Arizona Department of Health Services for newborn screening for severe combined immunodeficiency. His advocacy efforts also focus on management and anaphylaxis in school systems.
