Benjamin Jenkins PhD

Dr. Benjamin Jenkins, Ph.D. is an Analytical Chemist at the University of Cambridge. His role involves exclusively mass spectrometry-based detection of small molecules with several hybridized techniques, such as direct infusion with an Advion TriVersa NanoMate system, liquid chromatography, and gas chromatography separation. He is heavily involved with method development, sample analysis, data processing, and results interpretation, additionally, he is also involved in the publishing of these data. His particular research interests are in mass spectrometry with chromatographic separation for the detection and quantification of analytes in the areas of metabolomics and lipidomics.
