Benjamin Eidelman MD, PhD

Benjamin H. Eidelman, M.D., is a neurologist at Mayo Clinic Hospital in Jacksonville, Florida, with a background in treating stroke patients and performing solid organ transplantations. He earned his medical degree at the University of the Witwatersrand School of Medicine and his Ph.D. at the University of Oxford. He is certified in neurology and vascular neurology by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.

Dr. Eidelman has been named Top Teacher in the Department of Internal Medicine many years in a row and has been recognized as a Distinguished Mayo Clinician. He has been the program director for the Vascular Neurology Fellowship and the Department of Neurology, and a member of the Enterprise Education Committee. He has previously been chair of the National Council of Professional Advisory Committee Chairs, National Multiple Sclerosis Society, and a member of the Executive Committee, Medical Advisory Board, and National Multiple Sclerosis Society.
